Career History

Shane Crommelin commenced his career as an accountant in 2000 with an accounting firm in West Perth. Within five years Shane had moved to a large national mid-tier accounting firm in the Perth CBD and was subsequently admitted as a Partner in the Business Advisory division.

As a Partner in a large ‘multi-discipline’ accounting firm, Shane gained valuable experience in working with clients, ranging from small family businesses to large corporations. It was during this role that it became evident to Shane, primarily due to advances in technology, that small and medium-size businesses were becoming increasingly suited to the high-end consulting services. Previously designated for large corporate customers.

To seize the opportunity, Shane left his previous role as a Partner at the fifth largest accounting firm in Australia and founded Elevate Group with a clear focus on providing high-end accounting consultation services to WA companies.
