Success at the 2021 National Accounting Awards

The Elevate Accounting team has been recognised for its excellence across the entire accounting industry, taking out the coveted Business Advisory Firm of the Year award for the third consecutive year at the 2021 National Accounting Awards.

With a record 621 submissions across 19 individual and 15 group categories, the award recognises Elevate Accounting as one of the top tier firms leading the way forward in the industry.

So what is it that makes the Elevate firm different from the rest? Before establishing Elevate Accounting in 2016, Managing Director Shane Crommelin and his team recognised that the traditional service model of accounting firms across the state was not exactly consistent with what clients were “actually needing.”

“Our clients are seeking a dynamic advisory team who integrate into their business and take responsibility for their accounting and financial requirements. They want a personal, customised service and need their advisors to be looking to the future rather than being concerned about the past. We listened to our clients and we made the change,” Shane said.

“We are extremely proud to record a third straight win in this category and a huge thank you must go out to all our clients for their ongoing support.”

Accountants Daily editor Jotham Lian said the awards played an important role in recognising the hard work and dedication shown by the profession in a trying year marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The sheer tenacity and resilience shown by practitioners across the country over the past year has been nothing short of amazing and it makes me so proud to report and advocate on behalf of the profession each and every day.”

It caps off a successful 2021 for the Elevate team, winning Best Business Advice Firm, Best Management Consulting Firm and Best Payroll firm at the Client Choice Awards earlier this year.
